My name is Mish, and I am reaching out on behalf of Filipino Creatives UK, a vibrant community that supports Filipino artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural advocates across the UK. We are excited to announce our first-ever Filipino Creatives Music & Culture Festival, happening on 29th August 2025, (venue to be announced).

This one-day event is designed to showcase rising Filipino talent — from musicians,dancers and DJs to spoken word poets, designers, photographers, and small business owners. It's more than a festival — it's a movement of cultural pride, unity, and creative empowerment.

My Name is Michelle Cuvos a creative at heart, and I am the founder of Filipino Creatives UK.with the background in health care. but has always been compelled to believe that the power of creativy provides to as tool for connection, identity and healing. 

I founded thfilipino creatives uk because I noticed a lack of visibility , community and collaboration among Filipino creatives in the UK. Many of us were creating powerful work in silos-musicians, artists, writers videographers small business owners but there wasnt a unified platform to showcase our talents or uplift one another.

This space was born out of a deep desire to create a home for Filipino creatives in the diaspora=-a space where we're seen, supported and celebrated.

My Mission is tto unite, amplify, and empower Filipino creatives across the UK- through events collaborations and storytelling. We're here to showcase our talents, build sustanable careers and foster pride in our shared heritage and creativity.
