About our event
Following the closure of Warsaw Comic Con, the Polish pop-culture events market has been left with only one major convention in the entire country and none of this scale in the capital city. At the same time, the presence of tens of thousands of attendees at Warsaw-based events lacking any substantial attractions beyond exhibitor booths clearly demonstrates a strong demand for a comprehensive pop-culture festival in Warsaw. Fantasy & Magic Con was created in direct response to this need. It is a modern comic-con–style event featuring guests from both Poland and abroad. The program will include appearances by well-known actors, comic creators, cosplayers, and authors of fantasy and science-fiction literature. For the inaugural edition, we anticipate 10,000 attendees, with a projected growth to as many as 50,000 within the next three years. We are seeking partners and sponsors who aim to strengthen their presence in Poland and the broader Central and Eastern European region. I am the lead organizer of the event. My passion for fantasy began in childhood, and I have been involved in the convention community since my high school years. Over the past decade, I have been actively engaged in the Polish convention scene, giving me a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of event attendees. I have supported numerous conventions and other events as both a volunteer and a co-organizer.
I have brought together an experienced team of over a dozen organizers who have worked on various conventions as well as cultural and entertainment events. Together, we form a skilled and dedicated team prepared to deliver the premier comic-con–style event in this part of Europe.
